Do I need an API key?

No. Grethel's coach is built in — just sign up and go. If you're a power user who'd rather run the coach on your own account, you can connect an Anthropic or OpenAI key under Settings → Coach settings; usage then bills to your account with that provider. This is entirely optional.

A calorie estimate looks wrong.

Tell Grethel — "that was closer to 600" — and it will correct the entry. You can also tap a logged meal to edit it directly. The estimate is a starting point, and being roughly right every day beats being exactly right once.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. It erases your profile, meals, weigh-ins, chat, and your stored key immediately and permanently. It cannot be undone.

Is Grethel medical advice?

No. It's decision support. For eating disorders, diabetes, medications, or unsafe goals, please talk to a qualified professional.
